The Galley Restaurant building is located at 51 Market Street in Brockport, NY 1420.

It is approximately 5800 to 6000 square feet and according to the Brockport Fire marshall has a capacity of 280 inside and another 120 on the outside deck. I think the inside capacity is high. We've had parties of 175 or so guests and it's pretty crowded.

It is fully equipped with everything necessary to run a full scale Restaurant and Lounge. All equipment is extremely clean and in top notch condition as is the building itself.

The lease cost is $2900.00 the first year and increases $400 or $500 every year throughout the 5 year lease period to a maximum $4500.00 the fifth year..

Leasee is responsible for all expenses, maintenance and insurance. I pay property taxes.

An option for first refusal to purchase is offered in the event the building is ever offered for sale.
