LOCAL LAW FILING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Local Law #1 of the year 2008 was adopted by the Village Board January 22, 2008 and was filed with the Secretary of State, State of New York, on March 13th with proof of filing dated March 18th. Said law is now in full force and effect in the Village of Brockport.
Local Law #1 amended Chapter 42 of the Village of Brockport Code relating to Sewer Use to also include “Illicit Discharge Connection Storm water Local Law.” Full text is available at the Village Clerk’s Office.
