LOCAL LAW FILING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Local Law #2 of the year 2008 was adopted by the Village Board May 5, 2008 and was filed with the Secretary of State, State of New York, on May 22nd with proof of filing dated June 6th. Said law is now in full force and effect in the Village of Brockport.
Local Law #2 raised the income limit for the Aged Exemptions and Disabled Exemptions and adopted the sliding scale option to match that of the Town of Sweden for an impact to begin with the June 1, 2009 Village taxes.
