Be advised that a notice was mailed to owners of rental properties that have an expired Certificate of Occupancy. The property owners are required to remedy the violation within 30 calendar days or occupancy may be prohibited at the property. We urge students to ensure that their chosen rental property has a valid Certificate of Occupancy to avoid displacement in the fall.
