Local Law # 2 of 2014 to amend Village Code Chapter 36 Minimum Housing & Buildings Code has been filed with the Secretary of State of New York.
Village of Brockport Taxpayers Notice of Collection
The Tax Roll and Warrant for the collection of Village Taxes for fiscal year June 1, 2014 - May 31, 2015 have been filed in the Village Clerk's Office. TAX BILLS WILL BE MAILED ON MAY 30, 2014.
Main Street Revitalization Project Approved Contractor List
The Village of Brockport is beginning its Main Street Revitalization Project. As required by the New York Main Street Grant Program, we are developing an Approved Contractor List. Contractors with experience renovating historic properties and contractors with EPA Lead Safe Certification are particularly needed.

UR Medicine's Strong West is launching a series of free consumer health talks, inviting community members in the Brockport area to learn about topics related to heart and vascular conditions, women's health, child and family wellness, and many others. Upcoming in the series are March 25: Arthritis and the Impact of Cold Weather; April 29: Infertility and Treatment Options; May 27: Childhood Obesity - Advice for Parents.

Village of Brockport Granted New York Main Street Award
The Village of Brockport was awarded $200,000 in New York Main Street Revitalization funds from the Regional Economic Development Council, through the New York Office of Community Renewal.

Bridge Weight Restrictions to be Posted
New York State Department of Transportation will soon be posting the highway bridge that carries Park Ave/Fayette St. over the Erie Canal in the Village of Brockport, Monroe County, with a maximum weight restriction of 11 tons on or about Friday, November 8. It has been posted for 17 tons.
