On May 18, 2020 during the regularly scheduled board meeting, the Village Board voted to suspend Chapter 58 Section 11 Subsection F on Sidewalk Cafes and voted to temporarily replace that section with language pertaining to the 2020 outdoor season.

It is the Village Board’s hope this temporary change will assist village merchants as we begin to reopen with restrictions due to COVID-19.  The 2020 regulations can be found here.
