Please take notice that the Village of Brockport will hold a series of Public Hearings beginning at 6:30pm on Tusday, April 4, 2023, in person at the Village Court, 49 State Str., Brockport, NY 14420. This meeting will be an open house format where residents are encouraged to stop in at their convenience between the hours of 6:30 and 8:30pm to review the proposed code and talk with consultants Ingalls Planning, and the Village Board.
The public hearing is to consider proposed revisions to the Village Code, Chapter 58, Zoning, for the Village of Brockport.
Public comment on this topic will be taken at the meeting in person, may be submitted to the Clerk’s office in writng at elinden@brockportny.org or delivered to 127 Main Street., Brockport, NY 14420 or in subsequent public hearings scheduled for April 11 and 18 regarding revisions for all other chapters in the Village Code. All interested parties will be heard.
Subsequent hearings, scheduled for Tuesday April 11 and April 18, 2023 will be held at 6:30pm at Village Court, 49 State Street., in a traditional meeting format. Zoom logins will be provided for these hearings for those unable to attend in person, login details will be located on the meeting agenda posted on the village website under News prior to the meeting date, www.brockportny.org.
Public comment will be taken on the proposed village code revisions at each meeting, or may be submitted ot he Clerk’s office, ho later than Friday, April 28, 2023.
