Our area is expected to see high winds tonight and into Saturday and Sunday. National Grid expects “tree activity” with this wind /winter storm. Our area may be outside the worst predicted areas, but it is still good to be prepared for electric outages and colder weather. Consider a “Plan B” location if your home should lose power. Have flash lights, batteries, blankets, and fuel for generators ready in advance. Charge your cell phone, laptop, and other devices.
National Grid – you can report outages online, through their free app, or by calling 1-800-867-5222 or 911.
