4/08/2025:  Public comment is currently being accepted on the Village of Brockport’s MS4 Annual Report, filed with the NYS DEC regarding stormwater requirements.  The text for this report can be found on the village website at https://brockportny.org/stormwater/  or at Village Hall, 127 Main St., Brockport, NY.

Comment will be accepted as written correspondence, email to cmcnees@brockportny.org or cfabry@brockportny.org or in person at Village Hall for thirty (30) days.

*Correction to the Village Board call for a public hearing on the MS4 Stormwater Report for April 21st.  No public hearing is required.  A public comment period is open for this report.  A summary of the report will be given at the April 21st Village Board meeting.
