Once again, our Nortera team in Brockport, New York came together to show how much we care about our community! From August 27–29, we hosted our annual Cookout for a Cause. Leaders from all three shifts rolled up their sleeves, fired up the grill, and served up cheeseburgers, hotdogs, salt potatoes, drinks, and even homemade meat sauce to everyone at the plant.
Along with great food, we held a raffle and collected donations from employees to support the Brockport Food Shelf, which provides groceries to families in need right here in our community. Nortera also partners with them throughout the year with bulk veggie donations, so this event is especially close to our hearts.
Thanks to everyone’s generosity, our cookout raised $627 to help keep the shelves stocked for families in Brockport. A huge thank you to our team for making this tradition such a success year after year!
The Greater Brockport Community thanks Nortera for their support!
