August 12 & 13, 2023

The Brockport Arts Festival is back and celebrating its 27th year on August 12 and 13, 2023!   After an incredibly successful festival in 2022, the Village of Brockport is pleased to host the festival and is registering artists starting NOW!  Featuring over 150 artists and crafters, delectable festival food, and talented musicians and entertainment,  the Brockport Arts Festival has been a staple on the Western New York festival scene for over a quarter of a century.  We are so pleased to continue offering traditional favorite features and to shine the light on our amazing community.

Please note that booths run by artists, specialty food vendors, on-site food vendors, and non-political non-profits and community organizations are encouraged to apply.  Political organizations and groups will not be accepted to the festival.

Vendors Wanted!

Vendor applications are now being accepted for 2023.  We are accepting artists in all media, crafters, specialty food vendors, non-profit organizations, commercial exhibitors, and festival food vendors/food trucks.  The application can be found here.

Wineries Wanted!

The Brockport Lions Club is sponsoring the Wine Garden on the lawn of the Morgan-Manning House.  Come to taste the fabulous wines from our Finger Lakes and Niagara Regions.  We welcome wineries to apply by printing out and submitting the application by post or email.

Wine Garden Application

We  need our community’s help during the festival this summer as we welcome thousands of visitors to Brockport.  We need volunteers to serve in the Hospitality area, and to give the vendors a break away from their booths.  We need a lot of volunteers to help vendors unload Friday night and Saturday morning of the festival, and to help them load up Sunday evening. And we need a few ‘troubleshooters’ to help fix problems for vendors and staff.

So, do not hesitate to Get Involved. We need you at the festival.
